最低生活保障Minimum Livelihood Guarantee(Dibao)一项补差型现金救助制度It aims at narrowing people's income gap with financialsupport.基本做到了应保尽保、按标施保It guarantees almost all the people in need of assistanceaccording to the standards低保标准按当地居民基本生活所必需费用确定The benefit standards are defined according to local minimum lifecosts.低保没有时间限制，当家庭收入变化且超过当地标准将不再发放Dibao will be provided to eligible households until their incomes arehigher than local benefit standard
