我国现在将营养强化剂也列为食品添加剂。营 养强化剂是指“为增强营养成分而加入食品中的天 然或人工合成的属于天然营养素范围的食品添加 剂。 ” 关于其定义在世界各国不尽相同。 目前国际上使用的食品添加剂种类已达14000多 种，其中直接使用的有4000多种，仅香料约占80%， FAO/WHO已公布700多种，欧共体400多种，美国 2700多种，我国纳入国标的有1460种，其中香料936 种，占64.1%
