1总则1.0.1为了规范立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐的设计,做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用、确保质量,制定本规范。1.0.2本规范适用于储存石油、石化产品及其他类似液体的常压和接近常压立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐的设计,不适用于埋地、储存毒性程度为极度和高度危害介质、人工致冷液体储罐的设计。1.0.3立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐设计除应执行本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
