Chapter 4 Diesel fuel supply system Section 4 Fuel injection pump In order to achieve the atomization of the diesel,input of diesel must have a high pressure.The main function of fuel injection pump is to raise the pressure of the diesel and meet the following requirements: (1)The order of the oil supply for each cylinder consistents with the order of the work ofeach cylinder of engine. (2)According to certain rules of oil supply,regular and quick stop for oil supply,oil supply advance angle and the perdurability of oil supply of each cylinder is equal. (3)According to the size of diesel engine load,fuel injection pump coordinates with the speed governor to supply the required amount of diesel,and the amount of diesel supply for each cylinder should be uniform.
