第九章集装箱管理 第一节集装箱管理概述 ●集装箱的定义 集装箱( Container),也称“货柜”,是指以海、陆、空不同运输方式进行运输(或 联运)时用以搬运货物的一种容器。国际标准化组织第104技术委员会 (International Standardization Organization- Technical Committee 104, A 称IS0/TC104)起草的国际标准-《集装箱名词术语》中,将集装箱定义为: “ a kind of transport equipment(集装箱是一种运输设备): (1) permanent character and accordingly strong enough to be suitable for repeated use(具有足够的强度,可长期反复使用); +(2)specially designed to facilitate the carriage of goods, by one or more modes of transport, without intermediate reloading(为便于商品运送而专门设 计的,在一种或多种运输中,货物不需中途换装); (3) fitted with devices permitting its ready handling, particularly its transfer from one mode of transport to another(具有便于装卸和搬运,特别 是便于从一种运输方式转移到另一种运输方式的装置); (4) designed as to be easy to fill and empty(设计时注意到便于货物装满或 卸空) (5) having an internal volume of1m3 or more(具有1m3或1m3以上的内容 积)
