一、抗酸药Antacids碳酸氢钠sodiumbicarbonate作用强，快而短暂，产生CO2，碱血症氢氧化镁magnesiumhydroxide作用强、快，镁离子有导泻作用，高血Mg2+氢氧化铝aluminumhydroxide作用强、慢、持久，收敛、止血和便秘碳酸钙calcium carbonate作用强、快、持久，产生CO2，反跳性胃酸分泌增加三硅酸rmagnesium trisilicate作用缓慢、持久，在胃内生成胶状二氧化硅，对溃疡具有保护作用
