International TradePracticeis designedto develop students'professionalskills ininternational trade practice and the main purpose of the course is to help studentsunderstand the basic theory and skills of international commodity trade,masterinternational legalknowledge,and furthermore make solid foundationof professionaknowledge and practical skills in students'future learning.After completing this course,student would master the principle,knowledge and skills of the internationalcommodity trade; understand relevant international trade practices and legal norms,grasp the main ways of import and export trade,and further engage in foreign tradeactivities.The contents of International Trade Practice consist of four main parts: theinternational trade terms,articles of international sales contract, international tradeprocedure and international trade forms. Among them, the course will focus on thelatest version of international trade terms and customs (such as International Rules fortheInterpretation of TradeTerms,UniformCustomsand PracticeforDocumentary Credits, Uniform Rules forCollections, United Nations Convention onContracts for the International Sale of Goods, etc.) and their application in actualtrading operations.
