The way we present assets is changing.This includes brochures,direct mails,and other marketing materials We used to have all assets on paper,handed to customers during sales calls,at events,through the mail. Now we have much less printed.We produce PDF documents and print only when needed.Many documents may never need to be printed,and may be used only as electronic documents.The change saves paper,energy,money and also guarantees that the documents can be more easily updated. We change from paper documents to electronic ones to cut the cost and improve efficiency
