差速离心法(Differentialcentrifugation优点:操作简单,离心后用倾倒法即可将上清液与沉淀分开,并可使用容量较大的角式转子。缺点:①分离效果差,不能一次得到纯颗粒;须经反复悬浮和离心加以纯化;②壁效应严重,特别是当颗粒很大或浓度很高时,在离心管一侧会出现沉淀③颗粒被挤压,离心力过大、离心时间过长会使颗粒变形、聚集而失活
