Diagnosis according to the irregular vaginal bleeding after amenorrhea, soft and abnormally enlarged uterus, no fetal body can be palpated in 5 gestational month size uterus, no fetal movement and no fetal heart beat can be heard, the hydatidiform mole should be suspected. the hyperemesis gravidarum, preeclampsia befor 28 weeks gestation and bilateral ovarian cyst all support the diagnosis. if the vesicular tissue is found in the vaginal expelling blood, the diagnosis is basically confirmed, if there is suspicion on diagnosis, the following accessory examination should be made
