魏晋南北朝隋唐道医关系探究 中文摘要 道教为中国土生土长的宗教，它与中国传统文化之间有着密切的联系。鲁迅 先生曾说：“前曾言中国根柢全在道教，此说近颇广行。以此读史，有多种问题 可以迎刃而解。”而中医学是中国传统文化的瑰宝，它与道教有着密切的关系。 道教认为人的生命最宝贵，中医的目的也是人的健康和长寿，在这一方面，道教 与中医有着高度的一致。本文就魏晋南北朝隋唐时期的道教和医学的关系进行了 探讨和研究。全文共分四个部分，主要从这一时期道教和医学的发展概况，道教 文化对中医药的影响，中医药学对道教的影响，重要道医及其医学著作四个方面 分别加以论述。 在第一部分中，首先简要的论述了道教和中医学的渊源，从二者的源头可以 看出“医道同源”。然后又分别介绍了这一时期道教与中医的发展概况，并对二 者关系做了简单的论述。 在第二部分中，论述了道教文化对中医学所产生的影响。首先从外丹术对中 医学的影响开始论述，先简要介绍了外丹术的含义及其在魏晋南北朝隋唐时期的 发展情况，然后重点论述了外丹术对中医药的影响：外丹术对中医临床所产生的 影响主要表现在外丹术所获得的实际产物如水银、丹砂、雄黄、雌黄等矿物质药 在中医临床的广泛应用。另外就是外丹术对中药学的影响方面，这主要表现在《神 农本草经》、《本草经集注》、《新修本草》等本草著作所呈现出来的炼丹术色 彩，以及中医中关于“消”的鉴定上。其次，论述了内丹术对中医药学所产生的 影响，先介绍了内丹术的含义及其在魏晋南北朝隋唐时期的发展情况，然后论述 了内丹术对中医药的影响。内丹术促进了中医命门学说的建立，内丹术对中医经 络学说的形成和发展也起到了重要的作用。最后，论述了道教经典《道藏》在保 存中医典籍上所做的贡献。 在第三部分中，论述了中医药学对道教所产生的影响。从三个方面进行了论 述。首先，中医药学是道教产生的源头之一，道教早期典籍《老子想尔注》和《太 平经》都有着明显的医学烙印。其次，论述了中医药对道教外丹术的影响。主要 是中草药以及动物性质的中药在外丹术中的应用和中医药中的君臣佐使思想对 心鲁迅.《鲁迅全集》卷11.两地书书信.北京：人民文学出版社，2005,365 I

Research on the relationship between Taoism and Chinese medicine in Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties and Sui and Tang Dynasty Abstract Taoism is a native Chinese religion,Chinese traditional culture with the close link between.Mr. Lu xun once said:"Taoism is China's fundamental,use it to read history and a variety of problems can be solved.Traditional Chinese culture and traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of Chinese traditional culture,which is closely related to Taoism.Taoist thought of human life most precious,traditional Chinese medicine is also aimed at people's health and longevity,in this context,Taoism and traditional Chinese medicine has a high level of consistency.In this paper, Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties and Sui and Tang dynasty of the relationship between Taoism and medicine are discussed and research.Full text is divided into five parts, mainly from this period,the development of Taoism and medical profile,Taoism culture on the effects of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine on the impact of Taoism,main doctor of the Taoism and medical writings in four areas to be addressed separately. In the first part,begins with a brief exposition of the Taoist and Chinese medicine origin,from both the source can be seen,"the Taoism and the traditional Chinese medicine have a same source"And then introduces the development of the Taoism and the TCM in this period.and relations between the two. In the second part,discusses the Taoist culture on the impact of TCM.First,from the "Waidanshu"effect of TCM,first began briefly introduced the meaning of the "Waidanshu" and its development in Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties and Sui and Tang dynasty, and then discusses the influence of the for TCM "Waidanshu"."Waidanshu"for TCM clinical effects mainly outside of alchemy in actual application of TCM clinic,like Mercury,Cinnabar, Realgar,Orpiment several carcinogenic or teratogenic heterocyclic hydrocarbons in Chinese medicine clinical minerals such as wide application.Another is the effect of TCM for"Waidanshu",which is mainly manifested in the cold-induced febride,the mixing,the new herbal works of materia medica are presented,and LianDanShu colour in TCM about "xiao"on the appraisal.Secondly,this paper discusses the internal alchemy of the influence of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),first introduced the meaning and internal Dan jin and southern and northern dynasties in the sui and tang dynasties,and then discusses the development situation of internal alchemy of TCM.Internal alchemy theory of TCM mingmen promotes the establishment of TCM,internal alchemy meridian of the formation and development also played an important role.Finally,this paper discusses DaoCang Taoism TCM classics in the preservation of contribution. In the third section,discusses Chinese medicine on the impact of Taoism.From the three areas are discussed.First of all,the Chinese traditional medicine is the source of Taoism,one of the early Taoist classics,"laozi xiang er zhu"and "Taiping Jing"have a clear imprint of Medicine. Second,discusses the Taoist Chinese medicine on the impact of operation outside the "Waidanshu".Mainly the nature of Chinese herbal medicine and animal medicine from surgery "Waidanshu"and Jun-chen-zuo-shi of Chinese medicine in the idea of external compatibility side effects of"Waidanshu".Third,traditional Chinese medicine are discussed on the impact of Taoist "Neidanshu",from the "Neidanshu"furnace operation tripod and medical 由
