1.2 he Features and Roles of InternationalPractice 国际贸易惯例及其性质与作用 关于贸易术语的国际贸易惯例 国际贸易惯例:国际组织或权威机构为了减少贸易争端,规范贸 易行为,在长期、大量的贸易实践的基础上制定出来的。 共有三种: 《1932年华沙牛津规则》( Warsaw- Oxford rules1932) 制订机构:国际法协会适用:CIF风险、责任、费用、所有权转移。 历史:19世纪中叶已经产生。1928年在波兰首都开会制订了关于CIF买 卖合同的统一规则,共22条。1930年纽约会议,1931年巴黎会议,1932 年牛津会议,修订为21条,更名《1932年华沙牛津规则》。 上页下页目录返回
