临床表现 临床表现 一、急性菌痢 普通型：1起病急：畏寒，发热，伴头痛 乏力，食欲减退。 2腹痛，腹泻及里急后重，逐渐加 重。 3腹泻次数逐渐增多，超过10次 初为稀便或水样便，后转为黏液脓血便。 自然病程1-2周
