(一)生物学性状 2、培养特性: 专性需氧,在无氧条件下迅速死亡。营养要求高, 在含有蛋黄、马钤薯、甘油和天门冬素等的固体培 养基(如 Lowenstein- Jensen,罗-杰培养基)上才能生长。 最适pH65~68,最适温度为37℃,生长缓慢,接 种后培养3~4周才出现肉眼可见的菌落。菌落为凸 起、边缘不整、干燥、坚硬、表面呈颗粒状、乳酪 色或黄色,形似菜花样。在液体培养内呈粗糙皱纹 状菌膜生长,若在液体培养基内加入水溶性脂肪酸, 如 Tween~80,可降低结核杆菌表面的疏水性,使 呈均匀分散生长。有毒株在液体培养基中可呈现索 状生长
