浙江大学博(硕)士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 摘要:瑞安位于浙江沿海发达地区;瑞安电网属于大型县级电网。本文致力 于研究优化瑞安电网调度自动化系统,为瑞安电网安全稳定运行提供技术支撑。 瑞安调度自动化系统由主站、通信系统、厂站三方面组成,本文从这三方面 介绍其概况,分析其不足,提出优化主站系统、实施电压无功集中控制系统、加 强主站系统安全防护、优化通信系统等措施。 通过组织实施上述措施,瑞安电网调度自动化主站系统从NT2000系统过渡 到新一代的ON2000系统,运行稳定。根据和应用部门的沟通交流,不仅实现了 基本的SCADA功能,而且对告警系统、监控图、交接班工作等进行了优化,使系 统应用不断深化。无功电压集中控制取得实效,值班员的劳动强度降低,电压合 格率上升。系统安全防护水平显著提高,二次系统安全漏洞得到修复,电源安全 隐患消除,主站数据得到安全备份,突发事件应急处理能力增强。通信系统得到 优化,光缆线路容量扩大、路径优化,通信设备改造工作完成方案设计并通过会 审。 本文最后根据研究期间未能完成的工作,以及新技术的发展情况,提出推进 配网自动化系统建设、深入应用高级应用软件、推进自动化和继保通信专业融合、 开展灾备系统建设、调整运行检修模式等措施,以进一步优化瑞安电网调度自动 化系统应用 关键词:调度自动化应用电网

浙江大学博(硕)士学位论文 摘要 Summary:Ruian is located in the coastal developed areas in Zhejiang Province;Ruian is a large county-level power grid.This article dedicated to the research optimization Ruian dispatching automation system for security and stability of Ruian grid. Ruian dispatching automation system composed of the main station, communication system,and plant station,this article describes these three aspects of their profile,analyze its shortcomings and put forward the main station system optimization,implementation of the voltage and reactive power centralized control system to enhance security master station system optimize the communication systems and so on. Through the organization of the implementation of these measures, Ruian dispatching automation system from the master the transition to a next-generation NT2000 systems ON2000 system,stable operation. According to communication and application sectors,not only to achieve the basic SCADA functions,but also for the warning system,monitoring plans,shift relief work has been optimized so that system applications continued to deepen.Centralized control of reactive power and voltage to achieve practical results -to reduce labor intensity and improve voltage qualification rate.The system significantly increased the level of security protection,secondary system security vulnerabilities have been restored,Supply security risk Eliminated, the main station data for security backup,and enhanced emergency response capabilities.Communication system has been optimized;the capacity expansion of fiber-optic cables,path optimization, communications equipment,design of reconstruction work is completed and adopted the joint trial.
