China Cfets-ICAP Money Broking Venture To Start Ops Thu 2007 年 09 月 13 日 SHANGHAI -A money broking joint venture between China Foreign Exchange Trade System & National Interbank Funding Center, or CFETS, and ICAP PLC (IAP.LN), will begin operations Thursday, the two companies said in a joint statement. ICAP, the world's largest interdealer broker, has a 33% stake in the venture, called Shanghai CFETS-ICAP International Money Broking Co. CFETS holds the 67% controlling stake in the venture, the statement said. In July last year, ICAP said the China Banking Regulatory Commission had approved the joint venture.
