科学素质影响人类发展，公民科学素质仍需提高 2015国人科学素质调查： 京津沪（18.71%、17.56%和12.00%)达到欧美上世纪末水平 2015年9月19日，中国科学技术协会发布了第九次中国公民科学素质调查 结果，结果表明我国公民科学素质水平大幅提升。 ◆具备科学素质的公民比例达到了6.20%， ◆比2010年的3.27%提高了近90%， ◆海北京和天津最高并达到欧美世纪之交的水平， ◆互联网成为公民获取科技信息的主渠道
