Chronic Gingivitis PATHOLOGICAL FEATURESI 1炎症局限于游离龈及龈沟壁,牙周膜和牙槽骨未累及 2沟内上皮糜烂或溃疡,上皮向结缔组织增生,上皮钉 突呈网状,上皮的下方有一层中性粒细胞反应区; 3结缔组织有大量淋巴细胞浸润,主要为T淋巴细胞; 4固有层毛细血管扩张、充血; 5炎细胞浸润区成纤维细胞变性,胶原丧失,但其下 方有纤维结缔组织反应性增生。 Department of Oral Pathology, Shandong University http://course.sdu.edu.cn/oralhistopath.html
