Organization of the Text Summery Many people have travelled round the world, but no one else has done it the way sir Francis Chichester did. Being a British adventurer, he had been wishing to go round the world for many years. At 65, he set out from England to sail single-handed round the world in a small yacht called " Gipsy Moth Iv in spite of the fact that he had lung cancer. During his nine-month voyage, he experienced fear as well as difficulties, but he conquered them all. He succeeded in sailing round the world all by himself and became one of the greatest seafaring explorers of the time
