The penalty for cheating on an exam will be a score of zero on the exam, and a failing grade in the course. Missing three or more lectures without a valid reason acceptable to the instructor may result in a failing grade for the course This course is a bilingual course. The lecture will be given bilingually (mainly in Chinese with some English), and the homework and the exam will be in English mostly
