CHECK IN Passengers taking international or regional flights must arrive at the designated airport within the specified time and go through the check in and exit procedures by producing their tickets,valid passports and visas and other necessary travel documents.Passengers,failing to arrive at the designated airport within the specified time or failing to complete the necessary check in and exit procedures because their passports,visas or other travel documents do not conform with the regulations,should be responsible for all the losses and liabilities thus incurred. AIRPORT FEE Each international passenger leaving the territory of the people's Republic of China has to pay an airport fee.Passengers holding diplomatic passports, transit passengers stopping at the transit point Within 24hours and children under 12 years of age are exempt from the airport fee
